Please read our terms and conditions very carefully before placing your order. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

 

Using Our Website

 

  • You are responsible for the maintenance / confidentiality of your account and password and all responsibilities relating to your online account.
  • You must provide us with accurate address details. Should there be any changes to your delivery address, please inform us immediately.
  • We reserve the right to refuse you access to our website, cancel orders,  edit and/or remove content at our discretions should we feel the need to do so.
  • You must not use the website in any way that causes any form of disruption or damage.
  • You understand that you (and not Bella Dona Cosmetics), are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us.
  • You must not use the website for any of the following:
    •  for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
    •  to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right.
    •  to send, use or reuse any material that is otherwise injurious to third parties, objectionable or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or  "spam".
    •  to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety

 

Stock and Prices

We have taken great care to ensure that the website is updated as often as possible. Products/shades/and prices are subject to change at any time. However, we will endeavour to inform you prior to dispatch of any price changes. All prices shown are in Pound Sterling (GBP). With an approximate value in Euros and Real shown for convenience. 

Minimum Spend

Exclusive of any delivery charges, our minimum order for online web orders is £35.00 GBP for delivery. 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

After you cancel your order and return the Products, the value of the goods debited by us to your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be refunded in full (we do not refund the original shipping costs). We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for Products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card or PayPal account of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of you cancelling your order.

 

Errors and omissions

 

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed, Bella Dona Cosmetics accept no liability for any errors or omissions.



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United Kingdom. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

With Standard Delivery, your order will be delivered in 1-5 business days after dispatch.

 

Standard Delivery: The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 2-5 working days depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and availability of your items in the warehouse.

 

If we Don't have in STOCK you order will be on hold and dispatched as soon as possible, this process can take up to 7 working days.

 

 

Text Notifications

Our courier will send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your delivery or pickup order. Just add your mobile number at checkout to receive these notifications. The number of messages you'll receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, our courier will send you a text message. This will include your tracking number and a link to the tracking or pickup store information. Our courier will also send you a text on the day of delivery, depending on your selected delivery method, country and carrier. You may receive between 1-3 text messages per item on your order.

 

Change Order

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.

 

Delivery Information

If you fill in the wrong delivery data, it might cause delay or a missed delivery.
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor; our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.
If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our carrier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception or within the building.
